Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Servings: 12–14
Ingredients
32 oz Lobster bisque (Trader Joe’s or similar)
32 oz Farfalle pasta (or your favorite pasta shape)
24 oz Spiny Lobster tails (or substitute with shrimp or crab)
4 frozen garlic cubes (or 4 cloves garlic, minced)
Parmesan cheese, for topping
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional for extra flavor and color)
Crushed red pepper to taste (optional for spice)
Lemon zest and lemon juice to taste
Directions
1. Prepare the lobster tails: Place the Spiny Lobster tails in a colander and run under cold water for 3-5 minutes. Cut them into cubes, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
2. Sauté the garlic: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic cubes (or minced garlic) and stir until fragrant.
3. Cook the lobster: Add the seasoned lobster cubes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until just cooked through. Set aside.
4. Cook the pasta: In a large pot, cook the pasta according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside.
5. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, add the lobster bisque and heat through. Add the cooked lobster, crushed red pepper, and lemon zest. Stir to combine.
6. Combine the pasta and sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the lobster bisque sauce and toss to combine, allowing the sauce to coat the pasta. If the sauce needs thinning, add a splash of water or pasta cooking liquid.
7. Final touches: Stir in a squeeze of lemon juice to taste. Serve the pasta with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
8. Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy a creamy, flavorful lobster bisque pasta.

Suggestions
For a lighter twist, substitute some of the lobster bisque with chicken broth or vegetable stock, and add spinach or arugula for a fresh contrast.
If you prefer more texture, add vegetables such as peas, asparagus, or mushrooms for added flavor and crunch.
Switch up the protein with shrimp or crab for a different seafood experience.
For an extra burst of flavor, consider adding fresh basil or tarragon to the sauce.
If you're looking for a more indulgent experience, top the pasta with extra Parmesan cheese or a dollop of crème fraîche.
