Ingredients: 

  1. 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk 

  2. 2 (3 ounce) packages lime-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®) 

  3. 3 teaspoons grated Key lime zest, plus more for garnish 

  4. 1 cup Key lime juice 

  5. 2 (8 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed (such as Cool Whip®) 

  6. 16 cups miniature marshmallows 

  7. 6 graham cracker sheets, broken into 1/2-inch pieces, divided 


Directions: 

1. Gather all ingredients. 

2. In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, lime gelatin, Key lime zest, and Key lime juice until well combined. 

3. Fold in the whipped topping, marshmallows, and 1 cup of graham cracker pieces until just combined. 

4. Cover and refrigerate the mixture until set, about 1 hour. 

5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional lime zest and remaining graham cracker pieces before serving.
