Yield: 12–14 servings
Ingredients
2 (15 oz) cans sliced peaches in juice, chilled
2 (750 ml) bottles champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
Directions
In a blender, puree both cans of chilled peaches along with their juice until smooth.
Pour peach puree into champagne flutes or glasses until about halfway full.
Top off each glass with chilled champagne or sparkling wine.
Stir gently and serve immediately. Optional: garnish with peach slices or mint sprigs.

Variations & Fun Twists
Add a splash of grenadine for a beautiful blush-pink hue and a hint of cherry flavor.
For a non-alcoholic version, use sparkling white grape juice or lemon-lime soda instead of champagne.
Blend the peaches with a few ice cubes for a frosty Bellini slush.
Use fresh or frozen peaches when in season for an extra vibrant and juicy flavor.
Garnish each glass with a peach wedge or edible flower for a festive presentation.
Try flavored sparkling wines like peach Moscato or tropical blends for a twist.
Note: This drink is best served fresh and chilled. Please enjoy responsibly if using alcohol.
