Ingredients
24 oz cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons dried dill weed (or to taste)
6 tablespoons minced garlic (adjust to preference)
12–14 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thin or pounded)
1/2 cup butter, softened (or olive oil)
6–7 medium tomatoes, sliced
12–14 lettuce leaves
24–28 thick slices French bread or whole grain bread
Optional: provolone or Swiss cheese, avocado, mushrooms, bacon, Cajun seasoning

Directions
1. Mix cream cheese, 3 tablespoons dill, and 3 tablespoons garlic in a bowl. Set aside.
2. Season chicken with remaining garlic and dill. Optional: add Cajun seasoning or salt and pepper.
3. Melt half the butter in a skillet over medium heat or grill chicken until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F). Let cool slightly.
4. Spread remaining butter on one side of each bread slice and toast in skillet or on grill until golden.
5. Assemble sandwiches: spread cream cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of half the bread slices. Top with lettuce, tomato, chicken, and optional ingredients (avocado, cheese, mushrooms). Finish with remaining bread slices.
6. Slice and serve warm or wrap for picnic-style presentation.
