Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 12–14 servings
Ingredients
1 (12 oz) can apricot-mango nectar
1 (12 oz) can pineapple juice
¾ cup cold water
1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
2 (750 ml) bottles cold champagne or sparkling wine
Directions
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine apricot-mango nectar, pineapple juice, cold water, and orange juice concentrate.
Stir well to combine and chill until ready to serve.
Just before serving, pour in the champagne or sparkling wine and stir gently.
Serve immediately in chilled glasses. Optional: garnish with fresh berries or citrus slices for color and flavor.

Tips, Variations & Party Twists
Can't find apricot-mango nectar? Substitute with mango, peach-mango, guava, or strawberry nectar—each works beautifully.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the champagne with lemon-lime soda, Sprite, or sparkling white grape juice.
Try freezing cranberry or orange juice into ice cubes and add to glasses for a colorful chill.
Mix the juice base ahead and let guests add their own bubbles—ideal for letting everyone customize the strength and sweetness.
Add a few fresh raspberries or pomegranate seeds to each glass for a festive pop of color.
Use Prosecco or Cava for a budget-friendly bubbly that still brings great flavor.
Note: This recipe is for adults of legal drinking age. Please serve responsibly and enjoy chilled.
