Ingredients

  1. 1 cup walnuts

  2. 2 (25 ounce) packages store-bought ravioli, any flavor

  3. 4 tablespoons butter

  4. 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  5. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. 1. Toast walnuts in a skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until browned and fragrant. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3. In a skillet, warm butter over medium heat until it becomes slightly brown, about 1 minute. Add balsamic vinegar and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring until melted and combined.

  4. 4. Stir in the cooked ravioli and toss gently to coat with the balsamic butter sauce.

  5. 5. Top with toasted walnuts and Parmesan cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!

Suggestions

  1. Try this with cheese or sausage-filled ravioli for a different flavor.

  2. Add some fresh herbs like basil or rosemary for a more aromatic finish.

  3. For added richness, substitute the butter with browned ghee.

  4. Serve with a side salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.

  5. For a heartier dish, mix in sautéed mushrooms or grilled vegetables.
